This unoaked wine showcases vibrant ripe peach flavors, accented by hazelnut undertones and a creamy finish. Harvested from our Coastal Vineyard in Manutuke and Ormond Valley, the grapes are grown using certified organic and biodynamic methods. With low yields and careful pruning, the fruit achieves optimal ripeness at 22-24 brix, resulting in a textured palate and delightful fruit-forward profile. Crafted without fining agents, this Chardonnay is low allergen, vegan-friendly, and truly expressive of its coastal terroir.

Natural Wine Co Pinot Rosé 2022

Bursting with flavors of strawberry and black currant, our Pinot Rosé offers a refreshing balance of lively acidity and a hint of natural residual sugar. At 12.5% alcohol, it’s a light, easy-drinking wine, perfect for warm days and best served chilled. Produced from certified organic Pinot Noir grapes grown in our Coastal Vineyard, the wine is cool-fermented in stainless steel for a crisp, clean style with minimal time on yeast lees. Like all our wines, it’s low allergen, vegan-friendly, and a true celebration of organic craftsmanship.
